  • Establish guidelines, schedules and programs for maintenance and provide instructions to crews for industrial maintenance
  • Investigate mechanical faults or unexplained issues with maintenance
  • Prepare contract documents and review industrial building or maintenance tenders
  • Supervising and evaluating and approving plans, measurements and cost estimates by technicians, technologists and other engineers
