- 150 French Speaking candidates were invited in this draw

Nova Scotia issued 150 invitations in the new PNP draw
Nova Scotia held a draw on November 7, 2022, through the Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program in which invitations were issued to 150 individuals to submit applications for a Canada PR visa. The draw was conducted under the Labour Market Priorities Stream linked with Nova Scotia’s Express Entry. French-speaking candidates who scored a CLB score of 10 in all the abilities of a French exam were issued invitations. A CLB score of 7 is also needed for an English language exam.

Requirements for the Nova Scotia PNP draw
Requirements for the Nova Scotia PNP draw are as follows:
- A score of CLB 10 in all abilities is required for French that is the first official language for this draw
- The Second official language is English and the CLB score should be 7 in all abilities
- A Bachelor’s degree or a three or more year program should be completed from a university, trade, college or technical school
- Proof of education and language test results should be submitted with the application
- Send an application for Canada PR before 11.59 pm, December 7, 2022
Requirements for Labour Market Priorities stream
The following requirements are needed for the Labour Market Priorities stream:
- A letter should be received from the Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program within the Express Entry system
- Minimum work experience required for the Express Entry has to be met
- Proof of funds to stay in Nova Scotia
- Eligibility criteria should be met when a Letter of Interest is issued
- Legal status from the current country of residence
